ミニ扇子です。

ミニ扇子の中骨、親骨のみSTLファイルです。
Only Outer two ribs of a folding fan and midribs is a STL file.

作成時間は大体3時間くらいです。
親骨、中骨→3D プリンター1H（0.3mmで）
地紙作成1H
組立1H
（頑張れば2時間でつくれます。）
地面はA4で プリントアウトしてください。
データは以下になります。

Creation time is about 3 hours.
Outer two ribs of a folding fan and midribs can be created in 1 hour using a 3D printer (with a thickness of 0.3 mm)
Papers for fan can be created in 1 hour.
Assembly can be done in one hour.
(If you do your best you may be able to make it in two hours.)
Please print out the papers for fan in  A4 size.

ドリルかリーマなどで穴を広げます。
Extend the hole with a drill or reamer.

ピンを入れます。
Please put the fan pin in the hole.

PDFのデーターを印刷してはさみで扇形状に切り、二枚を張り合わせます
（この時中骨が入る隙間を作っておきます）。
Please print the PDF data, cut it into a fan shape with scissors, and paste the two pieces together.
(At this time please make gaps to put the midribs.)

親骨と中骨にのりをつけ先ほど作った隙間に入れます。
PLease put the glue on the outer two ribs of a folding fan and midribs and put it in the gap that you made earlier.

最後に親骨を挟むように貼ります。
Finally please paste the the outer two ribs of a folding fan so as to pinch it.


ミニセンスの出来上がりです。
